Usb driver failure

I have the idock c10 and when I try to connect my laptop to it, it won’t register the USB devices. I look at the device manager and says it “Unknown usb device descriptor request failed”. Can I download the driver to install manually?

Thanks for reaching us.
Our product is plug and play device and not have any driver requirements.

  1. Did you used the provided USB-C cable in the box?
  2. Have you tried switch to another USB-C port for a test if your laptop have different USB-C ports.
  3. You can try remove the driver and reinstall it on the device manager,mouse right key pressed with this “Unknown usb device descriptor request failed” option to do this step.
  4. Please try reboot your laptop for a check.

Hello, I’ve done all this. Are there other logs I can review to see what is failing?
