4KIP100-KVM No Display (Windows)

Hello,

Having connection issues just like:
4KIP100-KVM Windows Display Issues - Support - AV Access Community

TV: LG OLED55C8PJA
PC: Windows 11 (4080RTX)
Resolution Tested: Every Input Resolution Supported by book and TV
(TV does support some of these resolutions)
HDMI Cables: About 8 different ones.
HDMI Ports: All ports on the TV in all resolutions.
Network Cable: Direct Connect - CAT6 (Around 10M) and a CAT6e (Around 3M)
Extra Monitors: Have not tested as of yet.
(Will try to test this when time allows tomorrow.)
Link Light [RJ45 Port]: Up (Slow steady flashing green / solid amber)
Status Link Light: Solid Green Up
Status Power Light: Solid Green Up

Anyone have any other ideas? I’m going to guess if it doesn’t work on the other monitor its RMA and if it does work then it doesn’t work with my TV which is my main case in why I bought this device.

Thanks for getting back to us and we are truly sorry for keep you waiting.

  1. Does the Channel DIP switch has setup to same position on both transmitter and receiver?
  2. Does the cat 6/6e cable come with IEEE T568B stadards?
  3. How about test with all the HDMI cables direct commect from PC to TV for a check?
  4. Could you try switch to test with your monitor and check does it work or not? If can work with your monitor and that should be caused by the compatibility issues between our device and the TV.
