Mouse stops working and at other time lags until unplugged and plugged back in again

So, I love my new iDock C10, but I’m having an issue where after some period of time, the mouse movements become erratic, or the mouse completely disappears from the screen. This issue is solved by unplugging and plugging back in the wireless dongle for the Logitech MX-Keys keyboard mouse combo.

What is causing this?

This might have been the issue. Will let you know. I’ve moved it to the front port now.

iDock C10 mouse keeps freezing for half a second while moving

I bought iDock C10 from Amazon, SN A24F0568. I have PC and laptop connected together with single HDMI monitor. No issue observed while working with PC, but I have constant issues with mouse and keyboard while working with my Dell Latitude 7420 (Win10 Pro), mouse and keyboard keep freezing while switching to laptop. Laptop has thunderbolt port and I use original USB-3 cables from AVAccess. Only solution to this problem is laptop restart. Connect/disconnect USB-3 cable or iDock restart doesn’…

Thanks for reaching us and so sorry for that.
So does this issue has been fixed after you switched the dongle plug in to the front USB port?

I’m thinking it may be temperature related. I’m going to keep watching it. Note that the Logitech MX Keys mouse has an 8k DPI to work on larger screens. Mine are dual 32” curved. So, there is a lot of real estate to cover.
